Had the BEST stay in a hotel that I have ever had. From check in to check out to the bistro.... Mary in the kitchen, she made the BEST food. Opal and Samantha were such lights to my morning and made such great conversation. 12 stars! Clean rooms, yummy food, amazing service... cant top it!
Great location. Great service, and the rooms are always above expectations. The bartender Shawn is amazing, and the baristas make great coffee in the morning. No complaints for a small town hotel!!!!
What a delightful surprise! We had the best, easiest overnight night stay at this Courtyard. Restful sleep, clean room, clean bathroom, friendly service! And the icing on the cake was coffee and breakfast at the restaurant in the lobby! The two ladies working the counter, Samantha and Opal, were the absolute highlight of our entire trip! We burn up the roads between Dallas and Tuscaloosa, I will wave and think of them every time we pass by!
Hotel is newer and has a fresh look. Staff was very friendly even while performing under pressure. We checked in during a sold out night due to a little league softball World Series. Tons of people trying to check in and staff was calm, cool and collected. Superstar Manager Marie was a multi tasking Queen! Great stay!
Best place to stay in Ruston! The rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. Location is ideal with the interstate nearby and several restaurants within easy walking distance. Best of all is the wonderful staff. Savannah recently helped me at check-in, and she went above and beyond to make sure that I was pleased with my room selection. Thanks for yet another wonderful stay at Courtyard Ruston.
Pretty decent overall. Room was updated and clean, but the bathroom was a little disappointing. Stains on the floor and remnants of past guests found throughout. Staff is super nice, just great people.
We stayed here for a night on our way to Atlanta for a family trip. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. The staff at the first-floor bistro were especially friendly and helpful. They explained everything in detail to us, even though we didn't speak English very well, and thanks to them, we were able to enjoy a delicious breakfast. Thanks again to the staff.
Pros- Room was clean, bed was comfortable, internet was good, bathroom and shower were nice, easy in and out of facility Cons- bottled water was $8, did not have complimentary coffee, checkin was super fast but I definitely felt rushed. I guess its good to get people in and on to the next one but the downside is no connection, the refrigerator did work but had not been turned on so it took till the next day to cool off. I called down to the front desk and asked if there was a water fountain or bottle refilled station and was told no however there is a water fountain in the gym.
